Service Description

Diabetes is hard! Chances are you are working hard at managing blood sugar but not seeing the results. We will review what is going well for you and what challenges you are facing with blood sugar management. From that, we will begin to craft a plan of action to improve health and life. ​As we continue to work together, we will learn how you and your body react to the over 40 different  factors that affect blood sugar and adjust the plan accordingly.
