Service Description

Know that you want to spend some time together or need to revamp your diabetes plan? Let’s meet a few different times on a regular basis. Total of 4.5 hours of education split over multiple sessions This package also includes a check-in email or text every 2 weeks  to make sure you stay motivated. Additional blood sugar review sessions available for additional cost.

Cancellation Policy

$40 fee will be applied for appointments canceled within 24 hours of the appointment time
